Coffee Ranting once again

Shopping for coffee tonight I noticed that Foldgers has five types of their regular coffee: regular, french roast, columbian, gourmet supreme, and breakfast blend. And oddly enough they were all the same price.

I'm wondering why do they still have regular at the same price as the gourmet supreme. Wouldn't consumer's just rather buy the gourmet blend since it's gourmet instead of the regular at the same price.

It's like going to a car dealership and being offered the piece O shit and the new 2002 Jag at the same price. What are you going to choose? It's too bad logic hasn't sunk into the coffee world yet.

Not that insightful, I know, but you understand that I love my coffee.
