I tried to find some way to slip this into a witty and funny story, but I can't, so here it goes:
I got written up for not "just saying hi" to the customers who walked through the entrance at work. Here I thought my job was "security". Then again, I knew logic didn't have it's place in retail management.
This is an example of what NOT to do to bolster employee morale.
